Cancelled and Rescheduled Events

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we’ll alert you ASAP.

Cancelled Events – You’ll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or in person.

Rescheduled Events – We’ll contact you with the new date and time. Can’t make the new date? You’ll get a refund upon request.

Replacement Tickets

If you accidentally lose or delete your ticket, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you replace it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since we must notify the venue in advance the number of seats we require, the standard policy for our seminar is no refunds. However if you can’t make it, we’ll try and place you in a seminar on a different date if there are available spaces left. Just contact us as soon as possible.

This refund policy ONLY applies to Karmatize Seminars and not for other services Karmatize provides.
